Mission
To train successful engineers who can adapt to the technological developments of the 21st century and produce new information, who can apply their basic engineering knowledge to food engineering, have a scientific understanding, are devoted to their duties, respect ethical values. Our graduates will be equipped with the highest level of knowledge in the design, development and use of tools and machines used in the food industry as well as food production, distribution, marketing and quality control.
