Representing Near East University, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Prof. Dr. Özge Özden gave the opportunity to experience the “Permaculture Agriculture” event in practice today to 19 May Turk Maarif College Students .
In this event, which was carried out under the name of the Green Schools Project and sponsored by the Magic Touch Company, she talked about plant cultivation suitable for youngs, the importance of urban agriculture and pollinator insect-friendly planting models.
She also mentioned that individuals should be made more aware of sustainable agriculture and that youngs should be given opportunities in line with a greener future plan.
