Prof. Dr. Salih Gücel and Prof.Dr. Dr. Özge Özden participated in the Conference on Cave and Karst Research in the town of Caselle in Pittari in Italy (Syphonia 2024) between 31 October and 3 November (Syphonia 2024). A total of 51 different papers presentations were present, Prof.Dr. Dr. Salih Gücel and Prof.Dr. Dr. Özge Özden represented Cyprus. The meeting was also held at the European Union Cave Protection Commission and the European Cave Commission.
