Our Dean, Mrs., visited Esentepe Secondary School on Thursday, January 04, 2024, together with Sibel Tatar, wife of our President, Ersin Tatar. Prof. Dr. Özge Özden made a comprehensive presentation on waste separation to Esentepe Secondary School students within the scope of the “Target Zero Waste” Project.

In her presentation, our teacher, who is also the Chairman of the Presidential Tourism and Environment Committee; She gave information about the importance of recycling, its benefits, separation, ecosystems, climate change and ecological footprint, and explained the “Target Zero Waste Project” to teachers and students.

With the “Target Zero Waste” Project, which was initiated under the auspices of the Presidency and under the leadership of Sibel Tatar upon the intense request of Esentepe Secondary School Principal Ms. Özlem Dağman, Parent-Teacher Association members and Teachers, it is aimed to increase the awareness of individuals of all ages, both adults and children, on this issue.
