Şebnem GÜLER was born in Adana in 1993. She completed her primary, secondary and high school education in Adana. In 2016, Ç.Ü.Z.F. She graduated from the Department of Food Engineering and started her master's degree at Çukurova University, Department of Food Engineering in the same year. Between 2017 and 2018, she attended the Spanish course at the American Cultural Center and successfully completed it and received a B2 certificate. In the same year, she attended the Erasmus program in Spain and studied Spanish and completed it successfully. In 2018, Ç.Ü.M.F. She graduated from the Department of Food Engineering with a master's degree. In 2019, she started her doctorate at Çukurova University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Food Engineering. She successfully completed the Spanish course in 2020 and received the C2 Spanish language certificate. In 2022, the scholarship of the "International Olive Council" (IOC-Madrid) and the "T.R. With the support of the Ministry of Commerce, he participated in the 19th "International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tasting Training" organized in Spanish by the University of Jaén in the Andalusia Autonomous Region of Spain, representing Turkey, and successfully completed the training and received the "International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tasting Expertise" certificate. and became the owner of the "International Tasting Panel Management" certificate. In 2023, Ç.Ü. PhD at the Institute of Science and Technology, on the subject of "The effect of 20% red beet (Beta vulgaris L.) and the addition of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum, Lactiplantibacillus pentosus and Wickerhamomyces anomalus as starter cultures in the production of crushed green olives using the "Tarsus Sarıulak Variety" on fermentation and final product quality" She defended his thesis and received the title of doctor of science. In 2024, he was appointed as a doctor lecturer at Near East University.
