3rd International Natural Science, Engineering and Material Technologies Conference

The 3rd “Natural Science, Engineering and Material Technologies” conference, held between 21-23 September 2023, was attended by our teacher from the Department of Food Engineering, Ms. Assistant Professor Dr. Perihan Adun and Lecturer. Mehmet Karagözlü participated. Assistant Professor Dr. Periha Adun participated with her oral presentation “VALIDATION OF GERBER METHOD TO DETERMINE FAT IN MILK AND DAIRY PRODUCTS”. The presentation was made by thesis student Seçil Arçay.
Lecturer Mehmet Karagözlü participated in the oral presentation with the topic “ELECTROCHEMICAL DETECTION OF ALUMINUM ION USING PENCIL GRAPHITE ELECTRODES COATED WITH A MOLECULARLY IMPRINTED POLYMER”.
